Renar Khaibullin won "Teacher of the Year of Bashkortostan"

The closing ceremony of the republican competition "Teacher of the Year of Bashkortostan" was held in the Ufa Congress Hall "Toratau".

According to the press service of the Ministry of Education of Bashkortostan, more than 120 teachers from the republic participated in the 35th anniversary competition "Teacher of the Year of Bashkortostan" and the competitions "Teacher of the Year of the Russian Language and Literature," "Teacher of the Year of the Tatar Language and Literature," and "Young Teacher of the Year" held within its framework.

Based on the results of all competition tests, the absolute winner of the "Teacher of the Year of Bashkortostan" competition was declared the physics teacher of Gymnasium No. 5 of Sterlitamak Renar Khaibullin. For winning the competition, the winner is awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan, an Honorary Certificate of the Ministry, and a cash prize of 100 thousand rubles and a laptop.

The winner of the republican competition "Teacher of the Year of Bashkortostan" will represent the republic in the all-Russian competition "Teacher of the Year of Russia" in the fall of 2025.

Yana Maikova, the Russian language and literature teacher at gymnasium No. 39, named after Faizullin of Ufa, took second place in the republican competition of pedagogical excellence.

In third place was Irina Nikitina, a history and social science teacher of the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 93 of Ufa.

Measures to support teachers are actively being implemented in Bashkortostan. Five years ago, the Head of the Republic established grants for young teachers in the region, which 525 people received. The best teachers of native languages ​​and the multilingual multidisciplinary schools were also awarded cash incentives. From January 1, 2024, 75 annual awards of 500 thousand rubles each were established for young kindergarten teachers.
