Ufa City Hall explained why public transport may be delayed during rush hour.
"Yes, during rush hour, public transport does operate at reduced intervals. This helps to cope with the increased flow of passengers. However, despite this, delays may occur for various reasons: traffic jams, technical malfunctions, weather conditions, and even the number of passengers at stops," the "Ufa City: Transport and Communications" Telegram channel notes.
