Andrey Nazarov congratulated residents of Bashkiria on Fatherland Defender Day

Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov congratulated republic residents on Fatherland Defender Day on his social media. Nazarov noted that the importance of this holiday is especially acute in the era of unprecedented challenges for our country.

"Russia, which has so often confronted external threats and aggression, has always found the strength to maintain independence. This resilience is the merit of tens of millions of people who have bravely defended the Motherland throughout its history.

The President of Russia declared 2025 the Year of Defender of the Fatherland. On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, we try to honor all the heroes who gave their lives for the good of the Motherland. Of course, we pay special attention to the participants of the SMO. Radiy Khabirov has repeatedly emphasized the need to take all possible measures to support the soldiers and their families. In our republic, a set of measures is in place, including financial and non-financial assistance. Much work is being done on the social adaptation of heroes who returned from the SMO; we will try to involve them in work in government agencies and public structures; this is one of the priority tasks.
