

The Bashkiria Emergencies Ministry reports that traffic restrictions have been introduced on the R-240 Ufa-Orenburg highway. Passenger buses, minibusses, and freight transport are temporarily prohibited from traveling from 118 km (Sterlitamak district) to 280 km (Kuyurgazinsky district). The measure is related to adverse weather conditions, ground snowstorms, strong winds, and limited visibility. The estimated end time of the traffic restrictions is 17:00, the Bashkiria Emergencies Ministry reported.
From 13:00 hours, all traffic for all types of transport in the Fyodorovsky district was completely stopped on the following sections of roads: Meleuz—Fyodorovka (km 19+900—km 55+600), Sterlitamak—Fyodorovka (km 54+000—km 68+900), and Sterlitamak—Sterlibashevo—Fyodorovka (km 79+800—km 87+300). The Ministry of Transport of Bashkortostan clarified that the opening of traffic will be announced additionally.
