Bashkiria residents are being invited to work in China 9 times more often

In 2024, the number of invitations to foreign vacancies sent to applicants from Bashkiria increased by 35% compared to the previous year, reaching 14.9 thousand responses. Experts from the Russian online recruiting platform hh.ru provided this data.

Most often, applicants from Bashkiria received invitations to vacancies from Kazakhstan (20%), Belarus (17%), Turkey (10%), Georgia (6%), Uzbekistan (6%), China (4%), the UAE (4%) and Kyrgyzstan (4%). The sample included countries where at least five hundred invitations were received yearly. It is noted that interest in specialists from Bashkiria has grown most significantly in China (9.2 times). At the same time, in several countries, the opposite trend occurred. In particular, the flow of job invitations from Georgia and Kazakhstan decreased. Most often, invitations to non-Russian vacancies were received by sales and customer service managers (13% of all invitations), programmers, developers (10%), call center operators (5%), designers, artists, marketing managers, internet marketers (4% each), teachers, lecturers, educators, SMM managers, content managers (3% each), technical support specialists, secretaries, executive assistants, assistants and testers (2% each). The median salary offered to Russians in foreign vacancies for which invitations were sent last year was 51,700 rubles. However, some specialists were provided several times higher pay: DevOps engineers (226,000 rubles), development team managers (201,000 rubles), data scientists (186,800 rubles), financial directors (155,500 rubles), information technology directors (145,700 rubles), general directors and executive directors (142,700 rubles). The most in-demand ones — sales managers — employers were willing to pay an average of 67,400 rubles.
