Head of Bashkiria met with young scientists' team

Tatyana Aksyutina

On Russian Science Day, Radiy Khabirov devoted his time to young scientists from the Eurasian National Education Center interuniversity student campus.

Artur Psyanchin is an assistant at the Department of High-Molecular Compounds and General Chemical Technology at the Institute of Chemistry and Emergency Management. He develops polymer composites with Professor Vadim Zakharov based on secondary raw materials and inorganic fillers. He taught in China and completed an internship in Kazakhstan. He received a grant from Priority 2030 and is developing thermoplastic composites for drones. He is engaged in flame-retardant materials for transport.

Alfiya Nurgalieva is a biological sciences candidate, associate professor, and senior researcher at the population and medical genetics laboratory at the Ufa University of Science and Technology. She studies hereditary oncological diseases under the guidance of Elza Khusnutdinova, one of Russia's leading specialists. She also teaches oncogenetic and reproductive technologies and helps childless couples become parents.

Grigory Voronkov is a technical sciences candidate and associate professor in the Department of Telecommunication Systems. He heads the laboratory of innovative radio electronics and optoinformatics, collaborating with NPP Polygon. He is engaged in developments in wireless communication antennas, video surveillance systems, and optical communication. He is the author of more than 50 scientific publications. His graduates are in demand in the Big Three cellular communication companies, large integrators, and service providers.

Bulat Akhmetshin is a senior lecturer of the Department of Physical Chemistry and Chemical Ecology; he created an environmentally friendly plant growth stimulator, "Sulfitek-Agro," which protects against diseases and is suitable for all crops. The drug is already on sale and increases crop yields. Bulat also developed a mineral impregnation, "Aquastat," based on sulfur, which protects building materials from external influences, increasing their durability and reducing maintenance costs. "I always say that our task is to create conditions for young scientists to work and improve their qualifications in decent conditions. We will continue to provide this support," the Head of Bashkiria noted.
