February 8 is Science Day. Alexander Sheldyaev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry, Energy, and Innovation, congratulated Bashkortostan scientists.
He noted that our republic is proud of its scientific achievements and contribution to the development of Russian science. Thus, in 2023, the region took 8th place in the Russian Federation's scientific and technological rating, which confirms the effectiveness of our scientists and research institutes.
In Bashkortostan, more than 450 enterprises are engaged in innovative activities, introducing modern technologies into production. Since 2022 alone, over 1.4 billion rubles have been allocated to support 400 projects.
Particular attention is paid to supporting young scientists and students. The republic has programs and initiatives to develop young people's scientific potential. For example, Radiy Khabirov signed a decree establishing an award for young scientists.
“On this Science Day, I congratulate everyone associated with scientific activities. May your research continue to bring significant results, contributing to the prosperity of our republic and the entire country! ", - wrote Sheldyaev.
