Airports in five Russian cities were restricted in morning

On the morning of February 3, temporary restrictions on aircraft arrival and departure were introduced in five Russian cities: the airports of Astrakhan, Kazan, Ulyanovsk, Nizhnekamsk, and Saratov. The measures were taken to ensure the safety of aircraft flights, said Artem Korenyako, a Federal Air Transport Agency representative.
The cities' air hubs are temporarily not receiving or sending flights.
