In 2024, the tourist flow in Ufa, according to estimates, amounted to more than 1.5 million people. In 2023, this figure was at the level of 943 thousand people, which indicates its one-and-a-half-fold increase. The head of the Ufa administration, Ratmir Mavliev, reported this on social networks.
Based on the results of 2024, Ufa was recognized at the International Russian Event Awards as a city of event tourism, and it also received the status of the capital of children's tourism for 2025.
According to Ratmir Mavliev, the growth of Ufa's tourist attractiveness is facilitated by holding significant international and all-Russian events, economic and industrial forums, gastronomic festivals, and sports competitions. Such events attract thousands of people from Russian regions and foreign countries to the republic's capital.
