Real winter frost is predicted in Bashkiria

This week, residents of Bashkortostan can expect sharp changes in air temperature and a real winter frost. According to the Bashkiria Hydrometeorological Center, an intense influx of cold from the Arctic basin is expected in the rear of the following North Atlantic cyclone that will dive to the mainland.
If on January 21, the air temperature during the day is expected to be within the range of -7, -12°, then at night and during the day on January 22, it will drop to -16, -21°, at night in clearings to -26°. The coldest night is expected on January 23, with a drop in air temperature of -23, -28°, in clearings of -33°, during days -12 and -17. At the end of the week, the air temperature will rise to values ​​1-2° above normal.
On January 21, the most unfavorable atmospheric phenomena are expected: snow at night, heavy snow in the east of the republic, a blizzard with strong gusty winds up to 15-20 m/s in places, snowdrifts on the roads, and icy conditions.
