Bashkiria sent more than 996 million rubles to country's budget for use of forests
By the end of 2024, Bashkiria sent more than 996 million rubles in payments for forest use to the country's consolidated budget, 142 million rubles more than last year, said the Minister of Forestry of the Republic Marat Sharafutdinov.
According to him, Bashkiria's budget received 445 million rubles, 34% more than the plan established for 2024.
"The main volume of income comes from payments under forest lease agreements. In 2024, revenues amounted to 631 million rubles. This is 13% more compared to last year. The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Bashkortostan systematically works to involve forest areas in economic circulation. Thus, revenues to budgets of all levels increase annually. Work in this direction continues," said Marat Sharafutdinov.
