Vladimir Putin established scholarship for students and cadets
Vladimir Putin established a scholarship for the President of the Russian Federation for students, cadets, and attendees of higher education programs. It will be launched on September 1, 2025.
The corresponding decree of the head of state, dated December 25, was published on the official portal of legal information.
The presidential scholarship will be 30 thousand rubles. It will be awarded annually for one year and paid monthly. The total number of people receiving the scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation will be no more than 3,400 annually.
The payment of the scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation will be carried out within the budgetary allocations provided in the federal budget to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation for these purposes.
