Vladimir Putin awarded Supreme Mufti Talgat Tadzhuddin with Order
Russian President Vladimir Putin presented an award to Supreme Mufti, Chairman of the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia Talgat Tadzhuddin. The announcement was published on the official portal Kremlin.ru.
The Supreme Mufti was awarded the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the 2nd degree.
Other notable recipients included politician Gennady Zyuganov, war correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny, composers Alexandra Pakhmutova and Igor Krutoy, artists Nikolay Baskov and Nikolay Tsiskaridze, and others.
