Head of Bashkiria ordered to process questions from Direct Line in two months
The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, ordered that more than a thousand messages received on the Direct Line with the head of the region be processed by the end of January 2025.
"We agreed with the heads of cities and districts that 1001 messages should be resolved within two months. Some things poison people's lives, but for you, colleagues, it will not be so difficult," Khabirov said at an operational government meeting.
In total, 9530 questions were received on the Direct Line - as the Head of the Region emphasized, all of them will be processed.
"Currently, 246 requests have been processed, 6.4 thousand are in progress. Several requests take time so that we will resolve 302 of them within a year, 375 - within two years, and another 168 will require more than 2 years; these are complex. And 4,556 requests are at the stage of analyzing the timing,” Khabirov explained.
Let us recall that the Direct Line's most pressing topics were roads, transport, housing and communal services, education, and healthcare.
