Radiy Khabirov announced average salary level in Bashkiria

During a direct line with the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov said that the average salary level in the region has been growing rapidly in the last two years.

"This is due to the more intensive development of the economy and the manufacturing industry. Manufacturing and defense enterprises offer vacancies with salaries of up to 200 thousand rubles. The average salary in the region is about 66 thousand rubles. We have several support measures for doctors, teachers, cultural workers, and other specialists. Thank God the migration policy has changed in our favor; more people come to us than leave. Very important: the balance of youth has also changed greatly - more people come to study than leave for other regions. The total number of 11th-grade graduates and the number of budget places are almost the same. Each graduate has the opportunity to get a budget place. At the same time, in terms of average salary level among other regions of the country, we are not in the first place, balancing between 35-40 place. Therefore, there is room for improvement. I believe that our salaries will continue to grow," Khabirov said.
