Since 2018, the Bashkortostan Republic Management Center has recorded 1 million requests from republic residents on social networks, which were received through the Incident Management information system.
“The topics are varied; the most popular are roads, improvement, housing and communal services, medicine, transport, and education. Each message in the information system is assigned a number. We monitor the incident until it moves to the “ready” stage. We process all requests with colleagues from the republic's ministries, departments, district administrations, and cities. The figure is impressive, but we also have a lot of responsibility - residents write, which means they trust,” the Bashkortostan Republic Management Center commented.
