Improvement of Ufa in 2025 will cost 1.3 billion rubles

1.3 billion rubles have been allocated for improving Ufa in 2025. In total, over 5.2 billion rubles are planned to be spent on improving the city over the next six years (2025–2030). The administration of the capital of Bashkortostan published a corresponding resolution. As the document states, the republican budget will provide the majority of the funds—over 4.95 billion rubles.

The program “Formation of a modern urban environment” contains two subprograms. The first concerns public spaces in urban districts, which account for more than half of the funding (3.55 billion rubles), and the second concerns urban districts' territories (1.65 billion rubles).

The program's executors are the Capital Construction Department and the Department of Public Utilities and Improvement, the administration of the Oktyabrsky District of Ufa.

In Bashkiria, there are not only federal but also local programs for improving the territory and urban and village farms—"Bashkir courtyards," which involves repairing entrances, launched on the initiative of the Head of Bashkiria. Thus, in 2019-2025, 1,326 courtyards were improved in the region for 6.2 billion rubles, of which 337 courtyards in Ufa for 1.9 billion rubles. In 2024, 143 courtyards in 33 municipalities are being improved in the republic for 1.62 billion rubles.
