In January, the "Aksakov Christmas Tree" will be held in Ufa at the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater for disabled children. More than 500 children and their parents, including family members of participants in the special military operation, are expected to take part in the celebration. In rehabilitation centers for children, New Year's parties will be held for more than 2,000 children. This was announced at an operational meeting of the government of Bashkiria by Yuri Melnikov.
The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, proposed extending the format of the Ufa "Aksakov Christmas Tree" to all municipalities of the republic to give a holiday to all disabled children, of whom, according to him, there are about 20,000. He instructed the heads of municipalities to decide on the dates of such events and the number of participants and resolve the issue of gifts. Each head must show personal involvement, create a holiday for the children, and congratulate the children.
