Ufa received 23% of monthly precipitation overnight
The Bashhydrometeorological Center reports that 17-23% of the monthly precipitation fell in Ufa on November 6 — for example, heavy snowfall of 8-11 millimeters was recorded in the city last night.
According to the Ufa-Dema weather station, the city's snow cover increased by 7 centimeters.
"Today, snow and wet snow of varying intensity will remain in the rear part of the cyclone in the republic; in the south, there will be heavy deposits of wet snow on wires and trees; in some areas, there will be strong gusty winds, unfavorable road conditions — snow pack, ice, slush, snow drifts," forecasters noted.
Earlier, highway traffic restrictions were extended in Bashkiria due to bad weather.
