63 samples of low-quality food products were identified in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, over 1,200 laboratory tests were conducted in January–October 2024, during which 63 samples of low-quality drinking water, dairy and meat products, fish and bakery products were identified.
According to information from the acting Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkiria Alexey Gusev, voiced at an operational meeting of the government of the republic in the Central Control Center, we are talking about an inflated or inflated content of bicarbonate ions, an inflated mass fraction of protein and fat, an inflated mass fraction of moisture, as well as falsification of the fat phase with non-dairy fats and distortion of organoleptic indicators.
“The results of the studies are sent directly to the manufacturers themselves, retail chains, and to Rospotrebnadzor for appropriate measures,” Gusev noted.
