Students of Ufa dance club won Russian Cup

From October 19 to 27, the anniversary competition in dance sport was held in St. Petersburg as part of the open championship of Russia ROC-2024.

Pupils of the dance club "Sozvezdie" of the Ufa Palace of Children's Creativity, named after V. Komarov Nikolai Startsev and Amira Abdulmenova, became champions in the category "Girls and boys 10-11 years old" in the Latin American program. In this category, 174 strongest couples from all over the country competed with them, the press service of the education department of the Ufa administration reports.

In addition, masters of sports of Russia Igor and Alexandra Startsev showed high results, also performing at one of the largest tournaments in Russia. In the category "Russian Cup. Adults, Latin American program" 280 couples started. Igor and Alexandra reached the small final, taking sixth place there, and in the final standings, they came in twelfth. This is the best result among all participants from the Republic of Bashkortostan.
