Ministry of Labor of Bashkortostan spoke about days off and holidays in 2025

The Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Protection of the Population of Bashkortostan has developed a production calendar for 2025. It provides the standard working hours for months, quarters, and 2025. The calendar also reflects the number of working and weekend days for a five-day work week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday.

Non-working holidays in 2025 in the republic are:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 January - New Year holidays;

January 7 - Christmas;

February 23 - Defender of the Fatherland Day;

March 8 - International Women's Day;

30 March - Eid al-Fitr;

May 1 - Spring and Labor Day;

May 9 – Victory Day;

June 6 – Eid al-Adha;

June 12 – Russia Day;

October 11 – Republic Day – Day of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Bashkir Soviet Socialist Republic;

November 4 – National Unity Day.

To rationally use weekends and non-working holidays by employees, the following days off have been moved:

from Saturday, January 4, to Friday, May 2;

from Sunday, January 5, to Wednesday, December 31;

from Sunday, February 23, to Thursday, May 8;

from Saturday, March 8 to Friday, June 13;

from Saturday, November 1, to Monday, November 3.

The duration of the working day (shift) immediately preceding a non-working holiday is reduced by one hour (Article 95 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). More detailed information is available at the link.
