The press service of the State Labor Inspectorate in Bashkiria reminded that the next work week will be six days: Saturday, November 2 is a work week. Then, the republic's residents will have two days off with National Unity Day, celebrated on November 4. For workers to rationally use weekends and non-working holidays, the day off from Saturday, November 2, has been moved to Tuesday, April 30, so "on May" will be a continuous weekend (from April 28 to May 1).
"November 4 is a non-working holiday; accordingly, when providing annual paid leave, it is not included in the number of calendar days of rest; that is, the vacation is extended by one day. The working day on November 2 is shortened by one hour. Going to work on a non-working holiday on November 4 is paid at least double the rate (Article 153 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), or the employee is given another day off (time off)," the regional state labor inspectorate noted.
