In Bashkiria, private houses and summer cottages have increased in price by 8% since the beginning of the year

Real estate market experts note a cooling in the multi-apartment building and individual housing markets.

Analysts from the Mir Kvartir portal found that during July-September, prices for cottages and summer cottages fell in 54 regions of the country and rose in 31.

Bashkiria was in the last group - in the third quarter, houses of the specified categories increased in price by 5.3% and since the beginning of the year - by 8%.

According to the Mir Kvartir resource, the average cost of Bashkirian houses and summer cottages was 5.95 million rubles at the end of September. It is worth noting that if the indicator were derived from the average cost of houses alone, it would be higher.

Our neighbors in the Ural territory have approximately the same picture. Houses and summer cottages in the Caucasus region are expensive - 11-13 million rubles. In Crimea, on average, there are 10.9 million rubles, and in Yamal, there are 13.9 million rubles.

Cottages and summer houses cost 18 million rubles in the Moscow region and 30 million in the Moscow zone. In St. Petersburg, there are 21.3 million, and in the Leningrad region, there are 11 million rubles. As reported by Bashinform, Ufa small-sized apartments rose in price by 22% in July compared to the year, and then the interest of market participants shifted towards rent, which increased by 40% in September from January.
