Bashkiria approves market price of housing for Q4
The Ministry of Construction of Bashkiria approves the average market price of 1 sq.m. of housing for Q4 2024 to calculate the subsidies for beneficiaries to improve housing conditions.
The price per square meter for such purposes is set at 116,199 rubles.
In Q3 of this year, the price per square meter for calculating subsidies was 113,262 rubles.
In Q1 — 104,947 rubles.
In Q4 2023 — 101.6 thousand rubles.
As reported by Bashinform, the republic's authorities plan to increase the annual volume of housing commissioning to 4 million sq.m.
