In Ufa, location of logistics park construction has been determined

The Ministry of Trade of Bashkortostan reported that a location for constructing a logistics park had been determined in Ufa. This is an investment project of Perspektiva-Ufa LLC worth 5 billion rubles. The 31-hectare site is located in the Oktyabrsky District of Ufa.

The project includes constructing, operating, and leasing a logistics park consisting of two main buildings. Two large retail chains have already expressed interest in warehouse space.

The map shows that the park will be built near the Nagaevskaya interchange in the triangle between the M-5 highway and the railway.

- The social effect of the investment project will be the creation of 30 new jobs, and tenants of the logistics park will be able to create over 1,100 new jobs additionally, - said Acting Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexey Gusev.

The project is included in the list of priority projects. It provides the investor with a land plot for lease without bidding and several tax benefits.

Perspektiva-Ufa LLC was registered in June 2024. The main activity is warehousing and storage.
