Russia launches electronic summons registry in test mode

Russia has launched the Unified Military Registration Registry website in test mode. This website will summon conscripts to appear at military registration and enlistment offices. The portal states, "A Unified Check of the Military Registration Registry is currently being conducted in the Ryazan Region, Sakhalin Region, and the Mari El Republic.”

Men can log in to their accounts using a verified account on Gosuslugi. The website lists methods for sending summonses, conditions under which a summons is considered delivered, and restrictive measures that apply if they fail to appear at the military registration and enlistment office within the timeframe specified in the summons.

Thus, a summons will automatically be considered delivered 7 days after it is posted in the registry. On the day it appears, leaving Russia will be prohibited. Suppose you do not attend the military registration and enlistment office on the appointed date. In that case, you will also be prohibited from driving a vehicle, registering a car and real estate, receiving loans and credits, and registering as an entrepreneur or self-employed. All restrictions will be lifted within 24 hours of reporting to the military registration and enlistment office.
