All-Russian meeting will be held for schoolchildren’s parents

An all-Russian meeting of parents will be held on September 11. The Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov will answer current and pressing questions of concern to parents at the press center "Russia Today." Representatives of different regions will join the dialogue online. In addition, you can already address questions to the minister through a special service on the event website.

The head of the Russian Ministry of Education will discuss changes in the educational process starting September 1. The event will discuss how lessons will be held in new subjects, the creation of new textbooks on the history of Russia for grades 10-11, and the preparation of unified textbooks on other school subjects. Sergey Kravtsov will report on the content of extracurricular activities of the career guidance course.

The topics for discussion include implementing capital repair and construction programs for schools and kindergartens, providing educational organizations with new personnel, parental control over the organization and quality of hot meals in schools, and the safety of children and teachers in educational institutions.

In addition, the all-Russian parent meeting will discuss the safety of schoolchildren on the Internet, the importance of developing school infrastructure for children with disabilities, and other topics.
