New 10-hectare park will be created in Bashkiria

The group for communication between the Head of the Republic of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, and business on social networks informs that a new 10-hectare recreation park will appear in the Salavat district of Bashkiria. It is known that it will be created on the territory of the Yangan-Tau geopark.

The project was presented at one of the "Investment Hours" by the director of OOO "Svoboda Open Resort" Dmitry Maskov. After a business discussion, the facility received priority status - in 2024, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Bashkiria guaranteed the organization. The total investment amounted to 180 million rubles.

The "Free Breathing" park will be built near the village of Novye Karatavly. Pre-design work and the development of the glamping concept are currently underway. It will house residential modules, restaurants, bathhouses, and fonts. The project will be implemented by 2025.

This year, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic provided 128 sureties to entrepreneurs for 1.4 billion rubles. The service's primary recipients are small and medium-sized businesses engaged in agriculture, manufacturing, and trade.

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, instructed the creation of a system of grants and subsidies that benefit companies engaged in domestic tourism to support them and develop the industry. If the tourist flow to the Republic amounted to 1.169 million people in 2018, then in 2023, it would be 2.2 million, which is 14% higher than the results in 2022. According to these indicators, the Republic ranks 3rd in the Volga Federal District and 12th in Russia.
