Employment services will help to comprehensively solve employments problem

Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov spoke about the modernization of the employment service on his social media. The prime minister noted that a comprehensive modernization of the industry was launched across the country this year as part of the national project "Demography." Still, in the republic, this pilot mode work began in 2019.

Such centers are already operating in Sterlitamak, Neftekamsk, and the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa. Under the comprehensive modernization project, the entire network of employment centers in the republic will acquire a new look of 68 points.

The service premises are being renovated in 36 municipalities. The work in Salavat, Davlekanovo, Oktyabrsky, Kaltasy, Ermekeyevo, and Karmaskaly is nearing completion. Modular employment centers will be built in ten cities and districts. Personnel centers will receive elements of an accessible environment for people with disabilities, including large screens, equipped rooms, children's areas, an electronic queue system, and new furniture and equipment. Everything is done in a single style for the whole country.

"The changes affected not only the appearance of the buildings but also the work of the employment service itself. There has never been such a global update.

We are already seeing a reduction in waiting time from 20 to 10 minutes and an increase in employment. The job search for job seekers has also accelerated," said Andrey Nazarov.

In the one-stop shop mode, visitors can solve many problems. The federal register contains process maps for 10 life and five business situations, and it will be expanded. Each process map contains scripts with questions that allow you to create an individual plan depending on a person or organization's situation.

Employment centers now have the prerogative of issuing certificates, assigning benefits, and finding jobs. The specialists of the personnel centers "Work of Russia" can help with a resume, prepare for an interview, form a career trajectory, master a new profession, and even start a business.
