Bashkiria Children's Clinical Hospital has launched "Territory of Healthy Childhood" project

The Territory of Happiness Charity Foundation, together with the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, has launched the "Territory of Healthy Childhood" project. This project aims to create a comfortable environment and a positive microclimate in the departments where children are treated and live for a long time.

The project was launched today at the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital. The organizers prepared art therapy workshops and lectures. The project involved specialists from various fields, including representatives of public and private institutions and volunteers.

The director of the Republican Youth Psychological Center, psychologist Galina Anufrieva, together with the deputy director of the center, psychologist Iskander Mustafin, held a lecture for mothers, "At Peace with Your Emotions." It is noteworthy that the lecture was relevant not only for mothers - doctors also attended it, taking functional exercises and practices into their professional arsenal. Elena Divaeva, artist, architect, and head of the design and architecture bureau, held an inspiring lesson that helps to reboot the internal state with the help of creativity. Three art therapy sites were organized for children: psychologists of the Republican Youth Psychological Center and young patients drew and sculpted, played intuitive musical instruments, Fimbo, and worked in Jungian sandboxes. Tour guide and lecturer of the project "Ufa - RyaDom" Oksana Polyanskaya told the teenagers the history of Ufa and its urban legends. After the lecture, they shared their desire to learn the stories of their cities. After all, children from all over the republic are being treated at the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital.

The general director of the BabyDoctor Clinic, pediatrician Gulnara Idrisova, told doctors how to improve communication with patients and turn minuses into pluses. Particular attention was drawn to the outdoor area with physical activity—the weather was favorable for enjoying the bright sun and warmth. Yulia Novikova, a trainer of the highest category, conducted physical exercises, "Balance in the soul and the body," and certified Zumba Fitness instructor Alsu Utyaganova completed the program with an incendiary dance class!

Doctors of the RCCH direct all efforts to ensure that the patient improves his physical health. Specialists of the project "Territory of Healthy Childhood" will help improve psychological well-being and replenish internal resources for a speedy recovery.
