31 republican objects were leased in six months in Bashkiria
In January-June 2024, the Property Management of Bashkiria, based on the results of auctions held for the right to conclude a lease agreement, provided 31 objects for entrepreneurs to use. In its activities, the department is guided by the principle of the most efficient use of state property and land, the application of which is required by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, noted the Ministry of Land and Property.
The largest number of premises were leased in Ufa (6), Birsk (4), Neftekamsk (3), and Salavat (2). Entrepreneurs rented real estate for administrative premises, garages, retail and catering outlets, and other purposes.
