Ufa's anniversary program included mainly patriotic events

The program of Ufa's anniversary celebration has been shortened, but the most important, meaningful events have remained, said Bashkiria's Minister of Culture Amina Shafikova at a briefing in Bashinform.

Amina Shafikova recalled that the festive events will open with the Heart of Eurasia festival on August 30 in the arena of the congress hall. On the same day, the Friendship Colonnade of Bashkortostan and Abkhazia will be opened on the Belaya Embankment, becoming Ufa's watergate. Bashkir artists, the Pizza group, and the Charisma group will perform at the festival on the first day, and guests from Belarus will also come to us. Vanya Dmitrienko and Alexey Vorobyov will perform for the youth. On August 30, the IV All-Russian street theater festival Aida Fest, beloved by Ufa residents, will open in Art-Kvadrat. Over three days, Ufa residents and guests will see over 40 performances at venues in all seven city districts.

On August 30–31, the Vinograd gastrofestival will be held in Kashkadan Park.

On August 30, brass bands will perform in the evening program on the porch of the Rusdramtheatre as part of the All-Russian festival. This format is the first in Ufa. It will be a very bright concert with a patriotic program. Dance and other creative groups from Ufa will perform in the same concert with brass bands.

On August 31, Alvin Gray and Zainetdin, Alsou, HammAli & Navai will perform at the Heart of Eurasia, and the festival will end with a performance by People's Artist of Bashkortostan Nikolai Baskov.

An extensive program will be held in the Ufa Arena Palace, presenting the history of Ufa through significant events and great names. Entrance to this show will be by invitation only since the palace's capabilities are not unlimited. Famous citizens, outstanding figures, and veterans will be invited. But anyone can see what is happening—the program will be broadcast live on BST.

The city festival "Ufa for All Times" will begin on Lenin Square. Many people will participate in it, and each of the city's seven districts will present its own program.

The evening concert, "Singing Ufa," will open with a new anthem, which will determine the results of a unique competition. The choir of the "Miras" ensemble will perform it.

The singers and orchestra of the National Guard, as well as Ekaterina Guseva and Dmitry Kharatyan with patriotic songs, will participate in the large concert. It will be closed with the performance of Oleg Gazmanov, one of the most patriotic singers of our time. The headliner of the concert on the site in front of the Motorostroitel Palace of Culture will be Polina Gagarina. The singer came up with an initiative, which was supported by many concert participants - to send part of the fee to support the SMO.

Also, holidays are organized in the parks "Demsky," "Pervomaysky" and "Volna" from 12 to 17 o'clock.

"The festive program is composed primarily of events aimed at patriotic education, telling about the history of Ufa. We do not perceive the city's anniversary as an exclusive entertainment event," said Denis Ganiev.

"Even the music festivals that will be held on the eve of the anniversary are filled with deep meaning. "Romantika Oseni" is music that elevates and inspires. The "Time of Heroes" competition features songs that educate young people and call them to heroism," emphasized Amina Shafikova.
