Radiy Khabirov met with "Father's Valor" competition winners

On August 21, in the Chishminsky district, on the territory of the military-patriotic park "Patriot," the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov met with the "Father's Valor" competition winners. The award was established on February 27, 2020, on the initiative of the Public Chamber of the Republic.

"I am also a father, and I understand the value of being a father and its importance well. It does not matter whether we are raising daughters or boys; by our example, we must make them not just good people but also, of course, so that they are honest citizens and patriots of their country.

I looked at the list of both winners and participants. There are fathers here who, unfortunately, buried their children - participants in a special military operation. There are fathers whose children, sons, are now fighting. Someone even has three children fighting, someone - two. And you know how hard it is to worry about your son's fate daily. You have raised real guys, real men. This is probably our most important task.

People ask me how I raise my children. It seems to me that the best example, the best upbringing, is your example. When you, with your work and your personal behavior, form an image of what your son will be like in some time, that is why such men, such fathers, have gathered here. They live exactly like this and, by their example, raise real future men who will govern our republic and govern Russia, who will create and who will protect.

Once again, I want to say the kindest words of respect, condolences, and gratitude to those fathers who buried their sons. To those fathers whose children are fighting - let us pray together that they return home alive and healthy. This is, in fact, our most significant concern and care. My main task is to support the special military operation.

I sincerely congratulate those who won this competition. I am glad it is becoming popular, and more and more people are submitting applications. Its goal is public recognition of fathers who raised their wonderful sons and daughters and contributed to our republic's development. This is the meaning of our award, "Father's Valor, "said Radiy Khabirov.

In 2024, more than 300 applications from 58 municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan were submitted to participate in the competition. 52 fathers were chosen as winners.

The youngest turned 24 years old. The oldest participant is an 89-year-old veteran of labor.

One of the participants has the most significant number of children: Aidar Gaziev from the Buzdyaksky District, together with his wife, raised 30 children.

Over the years of the competition, 144 people have become its winners.

In 2024, the public award "Father's Valor" is presented in the following nominations:

1) "Courage, Valor and Honor";

2) "Father of Many Children";

3) "Care and Sensitivity";

4) "Activist Dad";

5) "Head of a Family Dynasty."

Today, August 21, the 5th-anniversary award ceremony for the winners of the "Father's Valor" competition took place.
