"At finish line": Ufa Mayor checks preparations for 450th Ufa’s anniversary
Ufa Mayor Ratmir Mavliev conducted a working visit to construction and improvement sites and reported this on social networks. According to him, the city is completing the improvement of facilities for the 450th anniversary of Ufa.
"Already at the finish line. The weather is a hindrance, but everyone is ready for work," said Ratmir Mavliev.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency wrote that the official celebration of the 450th anniversary will occur on August 31. For the city's anniversary, streets, parks, and squares are being improved, sports facilities are being built, and new roads and bridges are being built. Among the anniversary sites is the unique project "Ufa Necklace"—more than 70 km of a pedestrian path inside the city, which has no analogs worldwide.
