"Labor Productivity" national project’s effect exceeded 4 billion rubles in Bashkortostan

In Bashkortostan, 183 enterprises are actively working with lean manufacturing tools within the national project "Labor Productivity." The economic effect of the participation of the republic's companies in the national project for the entire implementation period amounted to almost 4.4 billion rubles with a cumulative total. The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, has repeatedly emphasized the importance of participating in the region's enterprises in the national project.

The Regional Competence Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan (RCC) continues to select enterprises for targeted support. As the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov said, participation in the project allows enterprises to increase the competitiveness of goods and services without financial investments.

"To date, 183 enterprises of basic non-resource sectors of the economy are involved in the national project. This figure exceeds the planned indicators. More than 2.5 thousand employees have been trained in the basics of lean manufacturing, goal decomposition, and optimization of production processes. Bashkortostan also exceeds the established indicators in this indicator. There are 15 projects at the implementation stage of the RCC RB,” noted Rustam Muratov.

The criteria for entering the project remain the same: revenue must be more than 400 million rubles per year for companies in manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction, and trade, and for tourism—at least 180 million. Experts from the RCC RB help enterprises improve their efficiency and reduce production costs.
