Largest school in Volga Federal District will open in Ufa on September 1, 2025

Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of Bashkortostan Artem Kovshov reported that a school for 2.2 thousand students in Ufa's Kuznetsovsky Zaton will open its doors on September 1, 2025. Let us remind you that the educational institution on Prosveshcheniya Street will become the largest in the Volga Federal District.

"In 2024, we will complete the framework and engineering support for the school. There is the highest need for such institutions in this area so that the school will open next year," Kovshov noted.

As reported by Bashinform News Agency, construction of the school in Kuznetsovsky Zaton began in January 2023. In addition to classrooms, it will house four sports halls and an assembly hall, a design studio, a photo and film studio, a theater studio, a publishing center, a robotics room, and a computer interactive 3D room.

Two basketball courts and mini-football fields will represent the school's sports core. The outdoor sports complex will include a tennis court, running tracks, jumping areas, multi-purpose areas, and outdoor exercise equipment.

In addition, the school grounds will have a site for primary school classes and an area for growing vegetables, fruit trees, and a flower garden. A recreation area is planned with playgrounds for active games, equipped according to age category, playgrounds with shade canopies, benches, and gazebos.
