Yurts for handicrafts will be created near ancient tower in Ufa

A new tourist location will be created near an ancient water tower. The mayor of Ufa reported on his social media that sidewalk construction is being completed, and lighting installation has begun at the site. Three yurts will be created at the site, where visitors can purchase souvenirs from Bashkir artisans.

“The process is active. We will soon invite you to the opening,” said Ratmir Mavliev.

The city has taken ownership of the abandoned cultural heritage site. It will make an observation deck near it, which will be connected to the dam - for this purpose, it is planned to clear the existing path.
