

This year, 129 health workers in Bashkortostan will receive support worth 144.5 million rubles. According to the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the programs "Zemsky Doctor" and "Zemsky Paramedic" are being implemented in the region. Under them, 33 doctors and 46 paramedics (midwives) will receive payments.
The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, pays special attention to personnel issues in healthcare. The republic is among the leaders in measures to support health workers at the regional level. Thus, by order of Radiy Faritovich, therapists, pediatricians, and general practitioners who have found jobs in small medical institutions can also count on payments.
"We launched the program "Doctors for Small Medical Organizations" last year; its goal is to improve the quality of medical care in rural areas. Medical workers under this program can count on good lifting. Specialists of medical institutions, to which less than 25 thousand people are assigned, receive 1 million rubles per year for three years,” said Radiy Khabirov.
