Over 5 million Russians have used mobile application "Gosuslugi. Dom"

The popularity of the mobile platform for solving all housing and communal services issues in one window - the mobile application "Gosuslugi. Dom" - is growing in the country. The number of its users has exceeded 5 million. Almost 150 thousand of them are residents of Bashkiria.

The application was created using GIS Housing and Communal Services. It can be downloaded from RuStore, AppStore, Google Play, and AppGallery.

The service allows homeowners to submit meter readings, pay for housing and communal services without commission, know the capital repair schedule, read management company reports, and participate in general meetings online.

"The application's main task is to be a single window for citizens who want to manage their homes quickly and easily. For the first time, using only one service, a resident of an apartment building can ask the management company to fix a problem in the entrance, track the history of water and electricity consumption, and not miss payment deadlines even when away," said Irina Golovanova, Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The developers have planned helpful updates for 2024, including the ability to transfer the right to work in the application from the owner to the user living in the apartment. In addition, work is underway to introduce functionality for residents of private houses. There are only about 750 thousand such houses in Bashkiria.

You can log in to the application through a confirmed account on the State Services portal. Data on real estate, metering devices, and accounts is loaded automatically. You can apply if there is no information, and the management or resource-supplying organization will update the data.
