Government has extended mortgage repayments for large families
Families in which the third or subsequent children were born between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2030, will be able to receive a payment of 450 thousand rubles and make it as a payment on a housing loan. In this case, the loan agreement must be concluded before the beginning of July 2031.
According to the Russian government's Telegram channel, the corresponding decision was made on the president's instructions. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin expressed hope that this decision will improve the living conditions of Russian families even more. He called support for families, huge ones, a government priority.
