Apartment prices increased by 1.3% in Bashkiria

In Ufa, following the year's first half results, the average price of a two-room apartment was 6 million 17 thousand rubles, having increased by 1.3% since the beginning of the year (about 80 thousand rubles).
When the key rate began to rise, some experts expected a decrease in apartment prices, which would counterbalance the rise in loan prices. But that did not happen.
The average Moscow apartment now costs 19.4 million rubles, one near Moscow - 8.3 million rubles, and one in St. Petersburg - 11.16 million rubles.
The preferential mortgage program ended on July 1, and experts expect that the secondary market will attract the attention of real estate buyers, and, most likely, prices for secondary housing will rise to the level of primary housing, according to Mirkvartir experts.
It was previously reported that in Ufa, the most noticeable price increase was for one-room apartments—9% since the beginning of the year.
