Over 4 billion rubles will be allocated to prepare for heating season in Bashkiria

Communal services enterprises in Bashkiria are actively preparing for winter. Currently, the average readiness in the republic is 42%, which corresponds to the rate of previous years. Consolidated funds for winter preparations are 4.246 billion rubles, and work is carried out as usual. At an operational government meeting, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Bashkiria, Irina Golovanova, announced this.

The Arkhangelsk, Alsheevsky, Nurimanovsky, and Davlekanovsky districts show the highest readiness for the heating season. The housing stock, which includes 18.5 thousand apartment buildings throughout Bashkiria, is generally 40% prepared for winter. About 9% of apartment buildings already have certificates of readiness for winter.

At the same time, the modernization of utility infrastructure continues. In particular, with funds from the National Welfare Fund, a boiler house in the village of Krasnokholmsky is being reconstructed, and a boiler house is being built in Uchaly. As part of the program to modernize municipal infrastructure in 2024, a significant overhaul of heat supply networks is being carried out in the cities of Yanaul, Kumertau, and the village of Chishmy.

Inspections of the performance of ventilation ducts and chimneys in gasified apartment buildings continue. More than 14 thousand such houses have already been inspected; the issue is under the unique control of the ministry. Much attention is also paid to preparations for the autumn-winter period in the Abzelilovsky, Askinsky, Bakalinsky, and Kugarchinsky districts, which require the replacement of a block-modular boiler house and boilers in social institutions' boiler rooms.

Generally, work on winter preparation is planned to be completed by September 15 this year.
