Rescue Service depot is being built in Bashkiria

A fire and rescue station is being built in the village of Sayranovo, Ishimbaysky district.

More than 25 people work at the site every day. Electrical installation work, waterproofing of retaining walls, and cable laying are underway, the State Committee for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus reported.

The new building will provide all the necessary premises for the fire guard duty shift and equipment storage.

In the unit's area of responsibility, there are 12 settlements in which over 5,000 people live in 5,000 houses and 37 socially significant objects, including seven schools, five kindergartens, 10 medical institutions, six mosques, and one church.

The fire and rescue department employees plan to celebrate their housewarming in the third quarter of this year.

The unit in Sayranovo appeared in 2020; at first, emergency services were housed in a temporary building. Construction began in August last year.
