Rospotrebnadzor recommended shortening working day due to heat in Bashkiria
Rospotrebnadzor in Bashkiria recommended shortening the working day by an hour if the air temperature in a workroom without air conditioning reaches 28.5 degrees, for two hours if it is 29 degrees, and for four hours if it is 30.5 degrees.
“When the air temperature is more than 30 degrees, and you are doing moderate work, it is recommended that you drink at least 0.5 liters of water per hour. That's about one cup every 20 minutes. If you have air conditioning, maintain the room temperature at 24-25 degrees,” the supervisory agency said.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, hot weather will continue in Bashkiria in the coming days. According to Bashhydromet, the air temperature during the day will be +28, +33 degrees.
