

In Bashkiria, a Coordination Council has been created under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan to implement youth policy and develop volunteerism. The corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of the Republic's legal information.
The document states that the coordination council is a permanent advisory body formed to ensure interaction and joint activities of government bodies with local government bodies of Bashkortostan, which take part in resolving strategic issues in the implementation of youth policy, the formation of priority areas for the development of youth and volunteerism. In addition, the task is to attract public associations and organizations to solve problems in this area.
The Council will ensure systematic and comprehensive implementation of activities in the field of youth policy, attract experts and specialists to study problems related to development in this area, and inform the public about its work. The Council will also assist in creating conditions that ensure the demand for voluntary organizations and volunteers.
The Council will prepare recommendations for solving problems arising in volunteer activities, help in conducting information campaigns, study experience and best practices in the field of youth policy, assist in the development of the infrastructure of youth policy institutions, and take part in the discussion of draft regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Republic regulating youth policy and volunteer activities.
The Council was headed by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov. Also included were First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Head of the Republic Azat Badranov, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic for Youth Policy Vito Sabirov, First Deputy Prime Minister Ural Kilsenbaev, Minister of Sports Ruslan Khabibov, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population Lenara Ivanova, Minister of Education and Science Ildar Mavletberdin and others.
