30.5 million rubles are allocated for Polikarpov House renovation

The Ufa authorities are holding a competition to select a contractor to reconstruct the Union of Writers of Bashkortostan building at 34 Kommunisticheskaya Street. This is a cultural heritage site called "Polikarpov Residential House." The customer requested that the facade and engineering systems be updated by December 20 this year, that the roof and floors be replaced, and that the foundation's insulation be strengthened. The renovation project was prepared by the Rosstan construction company from Magnitogorsk.

The maximum contract price is 30.528 million rubles.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, ordered the renovation of the Writers' Union's premises.

The previous minor repair (contract for 2.2 million rubles) was completed in 2019. Then, the building's window and door units were replaced entirely, and the lamps were updated. A new entrance group appeared. The cover was partially replaced, and the parquet floors were repaired and finished. Internal and external finishing works were also carried out. Electric boilers were installed to heat water.
