

The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, signed a decree on special monthly social payments to health workers who provide residents with primary health care and emergency care, including dispensary observation, which is not included in the basic compulsory medical insurance program.
The initiative also concerns specialists in visiting palliative care for adults and children and drivers of emergency medical vehicles.
Payments vary from 4,500 to 50,000 rubles, depending on the doctor's status and the city's population or region where he works.
According to the official document, the decision applies to legal relations arising from March 1, 2024. Funds are allocated from the republic's budget.
