Students from Ufa went to work at BAM 2.0
Twenty students from the Republic “Put” construction team went to BAM 2.0. The students study at the Ufa College of Railway Transport.
BAM 2.0 is the largest railway project in Russia, and new sidings, tunnels, and bridges of the Baikal-Amur Mainline are being built within it.
“For the second year in a row, students are going to BAM 2.0. It’s great that our youth have the opportunity to work at large infrastructure facilities and develop their skills. Sure, it's hard work, but it builds character. I wish our students success in constructing one of the most important railways in Russia,” said Yulia Nazarova, commander of the Bashkortostan branch of the Russian Student Squads organization.
Students will return home at the end of the summer and the beginning of the school year.
