Vladimir Putin congratulated country's people on Eid al-Adha
Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the country's people on the most important holiday in Islam, Eid al-Adha.
“It is gratifying that good deeds and undertakings, as well as new initiatives in the field of culture, education, and enlightenment, enrich the life of the Muslim Ummah of our country. Muslim organizations pay great attention to strengthening the institution of family, patriotic education of the younger generation, and providing effective assistance to participants and veterans of a special military operation, their relatives, and friends. And, of course, their contribution to the unity of our people and the development of interethnic and interreligious dialogue in Russia is important,” the head of state said in his congratulations.
